Rabbi Herschel Gluck was born in London to parents who managed to escape the Holocaust from Austria. In 2000, he founded the Muslim-Jewish Forum, aimed at reducing tension between communities and contributing to their peaceful coexistence. Rabbi Gluck holds leading positions in ensuring the security of the Jewish community in London and plays a significant role in international efforts for peaceful and respectful coexistence among different groups. In 2013, he was awarded the Order of the British Empire for his services to interfaith understanding.
